Oralite's 2" Inch GP801 is a highly reflective, soft, and flexible prismatic sew on garment trim. Available in Checkered Blue or Green. This film is sew on metalized trim designed for identification of police, fire and emergency responders. Reflecting at over 550 candelas, Oralite GP801is much brighter than glass bead sew on trims and can be seen at thousands of feet instead of hundreds. GP801 reflects when wet for visibility in all weather conditions. Flexible, thin, soft hand feel for maximum comfort. ORALITE Brilliance Series GP801 checker reflective trim consists of a smooth surface, high gloss, abrasion and weather resistant uv-stabilized microprismatic retroreflective layer. The microprism surfaces are metalized to increase reflectivity and protect them from dirt and moisture.
Sewing Instructions - ORALITE Brilliance Series GP801 checker reflective trim is manufactured with a knit fabric backing to facilitate sew-on applications. A stitch count of 8 stitches per linear inch (2.54 cm) is recommended.
ORALITE® Brilliance® Series GP801 checker reflective trim when washed in accordance with ISO 6330:2012, Textiles -Domestic washing and drying procedures for textile testing, Method 6N; continue to perform through 50 cycles at 140°F (60°C). Do Not Dry Clean.
